Open questions from the audience

During our webinar, we received a lot of questions from our audience, but due to time management issues, not all of them got answered. You can find below those answers.

Keep in mind that freezing might not only mean that people stay still but that they, for instance, repeat one action over and over again. You might overcome this by simulation training, so get out of the frozen state earlier, as your brain already had the chance to deal with a similar situation under less stress. Likewise, if you have obtained basic skills in a particular field, such as self-defense, or medical training, you may want to "set them in context" by scenario training and simulations.
Basic self-defense skills are essential for medical professionals and civilians. You learn how to assess difficult situations and react accordingly. Techniques vary depending on your profession. Medical professionals such as paramedics and primary responders may benefit from training awareness and early response tactics.
