## Legal Statement

sonography (hereby referred to as “Company") reserves the right to withdraw your scholarship if you are subsequently found to be ineligible or if these terms and conditions are not adhered to. The company also reserves the right to amend its scholarship provision without notice.

### Your obligations

As a 123sonography 2024 ECHO Scholarship holder, you must:

- Accept the scholarship by the given deadline – the company reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a scholarship if it is not accepted by the given deadline.
- Meet the conditions attached to your academic offer
- Seek permission and obtain consent from the company before making any changes to your program of study – this includes course transfers, changing the course title, suspending studies, etc. Please note that approval is not guaranteed. Where changes are made without prior approval, the scholarship will be withdrawn.
- Make satisfactory progress on your program of study. The scholarship is subject to good progress.
- Agree to the company contacting you during the period approximately six months after the completion of the courses for an update on how the scholarship has influenced your career.

### Our scholarship offer

We offer five bundles of our ECHO courses (Bachelor and Master classes)
The participants will have access to said courses for six months, from the 1st of May until the 31st of October 2025.

Scholarships are non-transferable.
Participants cannot exchange scholarships for money.

There is no guarantee that we will offer the same scholarships each year or that you will be offered a scholarship again after reapplying.
The board of directors will decide on the five eligible candidates, and we will announce them after the 1st of May.

At the time of the conclusion of this agreement, the applicants are unaware of any circumstances which would prevent obtaining the scholarship, such as changing or abandoning their studies. Furthermore, they confirm that there are no active legal prosecutions that may harm the reputation of 123sonography against them.

2\. For advertising purposes, the applicant allows 123sonography to use their name, picture, and quote for marketing purposes. In addition, they may ask the participant to give a short interview and serve as a testimonial if selected for the scholarship. However, 123sonography will use the information provided by the applicant only for marketing purposes on their website and social media channels.

The use of any content in a form other than that considered appropriate in the context of the business described by 123sonography's business activity is not permitted or intended by 123sonography. The reproduction of any participant depicted in any visual content in a manner that would be considered offensive or objectionable by a reasonably minded person, including, for example, in connection with advertising or promotion of tobacco products; In a political context, such as the promotion of advertising for or support of political parties, candidates or elected officeholders, and connection with political programs or opinions; or the case of immoral or criminal acts is neither intended by nor allowed to 123 sonography.
