A **28-year-old man** comes to your office and complains about **shortness of breath**. As his father has recently died due to coronary artery disease and heart failure, the patient is a little worried. The young man has **symptoms of a flu** and is concerned that he has myocarditis and heart failure as well. Being skilled in point-of-care ultrasound, you take your handheld ultrasound device and **perform an echocardiogram**.
